If your screen shows the left column bunched up, then you're on the new version of Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 8. Per Microsoft, there are compatibility problems such as out-of-place menus, images or text which will be corrected per Microsoft. For compatibility go the right of the http bar and click the toggle (picture of a piece of paper with a broken line going through it) you should get a clear view.
