How are purchases shipped?
We ship all of our gifts with FedEx. If you choose to ship FedEx ground, your cost will just be $4.95; this is for your entire order - shipping to one address. (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you choose to ship via FedEx 2 day or FedEx Standard Overnight, you will be charged accordingly.
Where do you ship to?
Our gifts are available for shipment anywhere in the USA (Alaska & Hawaii by phone order). We do not ship internationally-sorry. All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas.
When are purchases shipped?
Purchases are shipped within 24 hours of your order, excluding weekends, holidays and large volume orders.
What if we give an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship a gift to an incorrect address then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, FedEx charges us a fee to return the package, which we must in return charge you. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do. The package will be sent to us and then back out for delivery. Please Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO Boxes nor FPO Boxes.
Do you take returns?
Yes - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed - If you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase we will make it right. Just call SilverDoor Gifting at
713.206.2518 to make return arrangements. *All items must be returned in new or unused condition within 60 days of the purchase.*
Full Refund - The credit card refund will be applied to the original purchaser's credit card.
