We ship all of our deals via USPS, free of charge!
Where do you ship to?
Our "Best Deals" are shipped throughout Houston and its surrounding areas. (I.e., Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land. Galveston...)
All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas.
If you would like your purchase shipped outside of the noted areas please call 713.206.2518 - FedX shipping fee will be applied.
When are purchases shipped?
Purchases are shipped within 24 hours of your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
What if we give an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship a gift to an incorrect address then it will be
returned to us. Unfortunately, there is a small fee for second mailings.
Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO Boxes nor FPO Boxes.
Do you take returns?
Yes - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed - If you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase we will make it right. Just call SilverDoor Gifting at
713.206.2518 to make return arrangements. *All items must be returned in new or unused condition within 60 days of the purchase.*
Full Refund - The credit card refund will be applied to the original purchaser's credit card.
